Session 1

 

A comprehensive intake session includes:

· Health Check Questionnaire
· Nutritional Deficiencies Assessment

· Food Intolerance Assessment

· Weight Loss History
· Determining your ideal weight and BMI (Body Mass Index)

· Set date for hypnosis session (usually within one week)

What you will receive:

  • Personalized Weight Loss Guide  (approximately 25 - 30 pages)  with results and recommendations that will work for you.
  • One audio recording.

Between sessions 1 and 2:

 

  • Review your Personalized Weight Loss Guide and listen to recording. 
  • A follow-up phone call (about 20 minutes) with coaching. Information received in session 1 and in phone call will be incorporated into hypnosis session.

Session 2

 Hypnosis for weight loss – here’s where we put it all together at the subconscious level and really turbo-charge your weight loss success in an intuitive way .

What you will receive:

 

  •  An audio recording to reinforce the in-office session.
  • 3 follow-up phone calls to discuss progress/coaching. Intervals between coaching sessions will vary.
